Universitas Padjadjaran offers an International Undergraduate Program (IUP) designed to provide Indonesian and international students with an opportunity to pursue undergraduate degrees in selected programs through uniquely designed learning methods that adhere to international standards.
Lectures are conducted in English, providing students with opportunities for international exposure, including student exchange at partner universities, international internships, and many more. Additionally, many programs offer double degree opportunities, enabling students to earn degrees from both Universitas Padjadjaran and a prestigious international partner university, enhancing global competitiveness and career prospects.

Notes:
- IUP at the Faculty of Economics and Business accepts all high school graduates from both natural sciences majors and social sciences majors.
Eligibility & Requirements
Eligible Applicants:
- Open to both Indonesian and international applicants. (WNI and WNA)
- Applicants must be high school graduates or hold an equivalent qualification from the academic years 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- High school graduates of 2026 may use a Provisional Graduation Certificate in lieu of the official diploma, which has not yet been issued.

Proof of English Proficiency:
- Submission of valid proof of English language proficiency is mandatory for all applicants, both Indonesian and international students. Detailed requirements can be found in the application procedure.
- International applicants from native English-speaking countries are exempt from providing proof of English proficiency and are instead required to submit a one-page statement of purpose outlining their motivation to study at Universitas Padjadjaran, reasons for selecting the study program, and personal academic or career goals.
High School Academic Reports:
- Indonesian applicants must submit complete high school academic records from the first through fifth semesters.
- Indonesian citizens who completed their education abroad must submit an academic transcript that has been officially converted through the Indonesian grade equivalency system.
- International applicants are required to upload an original scan of their high school academic transcripts, from the first to the latest semester.
Interview for International Students:
- International applicants will undergo an interview with the selection committee as part of the admission process. The interview schedule will be announced at a later date.
Application Procedures
Prospective applicants who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to follow the steps outlined below to apply for the International Undergraduate Program at Universitas Padjadjaran.
- Confirm Eligibility
- Ensure that you meet both the general and program-specific requirements of your desired academic program.
- Complete the Online Registration
- Visit the official admission portal at https://admission.unpad.ac.id and provide the following information:
- Full name (as stated on your birth certificate or official identification)
- Indonesian National Identification Number (NIK) or passport number
- Valid email address
- Active mobile phone number
- A secure password (to be used for accessing the SMUP portal; please ensure you remember this password for future use)
- Country of citizenship or nationality
- Visit the official admission portal at https://admission.unpad.ac.id and provide the following information:

IDP3 Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) IBT Educational Testing Service (ETS) Notes: All applicants must provide valid proof of English proficiency. International Student applicants from non-native English-speaking countries must meet one of the following minimum requirements:
- TOEFL (International): Score of 500
- TOEP (Test of English Proficiency administered by PLTI): Score of 500
- IELTS: Overall band score of 6 (accepted from British Council, IALF, or IDP)
- Duolingo English Test: Score of 95 (https://englishtest.duolingo.com)
- Upload Academic Records
- Provide scanned originals of the following documents:
- High school academic transcripts from grades 10 to 12
- High school diploma or certificate of completion (for graduates from 2026, 2025, or 2024)
- A recent photograph (3×4 cm)
- Indonesian ID Card (KTP) for Indonesian nationals or a passport for international applicants
- Family/household registration card (for Indonesian nationals only)
- Proof of English language proficiency as specified above
- Note: Indonesian students must also submit academic reports from the first to fifth semesters of high school. International students are only required to upload the original scanned copies of their high school transcripts.
- Provide scanned originals of the following documents:
- Pay the registration fee.
- Pay the registration fee as per the billing statement generated by the online system:
- Rp 350,000 for Indonesian applicants
- Rp 1,000,000 for international applicants
- Payment must be made through the designated banks listed on the admission portal.

- Obtain the Admission Test Card
- Upon successful payment, download and print (or save a digital copy of) your admission test participant card from https://admission.unpad.ac.id.
- Document Verification
- All submitted documents and information will be subject to verification by the admissions committee.
- The selection process will only be conducted for participants who have completed the registration finalization.
Admission Assessment
The evaluation and admission of candidates will be based on the following criteria:
- High School Academic Reports
- For Indonesian applicants: Submission of high school academic reports is mandatory and will form a significant part of the evaluation process.
- For international applicants: Assessment will be based on an interview and/or academic transcripts.
- English Proficiency Test
- Applicants must provide a valid score from a recognized English proficiency test. For details on approved test providers and minimum requirements, please refer to the Registration Procedure.
- Selection and Passing Standards
- The admission decision will be determined by the highest average score calculated from:
- High school academic reports (mandatory for Indonesian applicants)
- English proficiency test results
- Under specific conditions, greater weight may be given to the academic report scores during the evaluation process.
- The admission decision will be determined by the highest average score calculated from:
- Document Verification
- All submitted documents and information will undergo a thorough verification process conducted by the admissions committee.
