Core Competencies
- Aspects of Attitude and General Work Abilities
- Devotion to God Almighty and ability to demonstrate religious attitudes;
- Upholding humanitarian values in carrying out duties based on religion, morals, and ethics;

- Aspects of Specific Work Abilities
- Able to design value-added processes for food ingredients based on food science principles by integrating various unit operations to produce safe, nutritious, and quality food products.
- Aspects of Acquired Knowledge
- Mastering knowledge of the principles of food science/agricultural products (food/agricultural product chemistry and analysis, food microbiology and safety, processing engineering/agricultural products, food biochemistry and nutrition) to be integrated into process design techniques.
- Aspects of Managerial Abilities
- Able to communicate orally and in writing on technical and non-technical aspects, think critically and be responsible for their work independently, work in teams, interact with people from different backgrounds, be skilled in organizing and leading in various situations, utilize information resources, and have a commitment to professionalism and ethical values.

- Utilizing their core competencies for identification, analysis, and formulation of solutions in the field of food technology and national development with a scientific approach, responsibly, with integrity, and based on sound work ethics;
