In 2026, the Food Technology Study Program will become a center for studying science and technology in the food industry that is environmentally friendly and can compete and be competent at an international level.

- Organizing effective and professional teaching and learning activities to produce graduates who master industrial-minded food science and technology and can apply it responsibly based on faith and applicable law;
- Organizing integrated research and service for the development of science and technology in the food sector, accompanied by concern for community and environmental problems;
- Creating a conducive academic environment for the creation of a quality educational process;
- Cooperate with the government and other institutions in supporting regional and national development.
PURPOSE
- Produce graduates who master the basics of science and technology in the field of food technology and can apply it to the community, and can compete at national, regional, and international levels;
- Produce research works that encourage the development of food science and technology with an industrial perspective to support the development of safe and quality food products, as well as apply the results of their research work in community service activities;
